Panel 1. DEVELOPMENT POSSIBILITIES OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES

Tomasz Drzał

Managing Director of National Chamber of Energy Clusters. Experienced manager, specializing in communication of energy projects. He is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Levin College of Law. Since 2018 – responsible for development of ZKlaster in Zgorzelec  and one of the largest Polish photovoltaic investments.  Author of numerous studies on the development of the PV market in Poland and Europe. On behalf of the National Chamber of Energy Clusters, consults the work of the KLASTER project at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Also as a representative of KIKE, he participated in the works of the working group of the Ministry of Climate and Environment „Just Transition – Recommendations”.

Panel 2. CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Anna Brdulak, PhD

Lecturer and researcher at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (specializing in international business) and postgraduate psychological studies at the University of Warsaw. Experienced market research analyst. Certified business trainer in the field of soft skills, specialist in the field of sustainable development and smart cities. Expert in the Climate Leadership program by UNEP/ Grid Warsaw. Co-author of the book “Happy City – How to Plan and Create the Best Livable Area for the People”.

Panel 3. SUSTAINABLE CITY DEVELOPMENT

Martyna Dziakowicz

Science communicator by passion, geneticist by education. Since 2018 in the colours of Radio Luz at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology as a head of the scientific department and co-author of Na Synapsach broadcast. One of the top ten finalists of FameLab Poland 2019 for young scientists. A joyful graduate of the Chicas Poderosas’ program for young women media leaders and a proud member of Asociación Española de Comunicación Científica. She enthusiastically goes her own way but always turns her head at the mention of a scientific thread

Panel 4. SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAINS

Beata Trochymiak

She has been associated with the logistics sector for over 25 years. She is the author of many projects in logistics, including the Women in Logistics Forum and the prestigious award „Woman of the Year in Logistics” as well as she is a lecturer, an organiser and a moderator of many debates, meetings and conferences. She is a journalist and an author of numerous publications about logistics. For over 10 years she has been running her own business as the editor-in-chief of the logistics online newspaper – Pracujwlogistyce.pl. Also, for 5 years she has been organising a job fair – TransLogistica Jobs in Poland. In the past, she was the editor-in-chief of many logistics magazines and newspaper supplements in Gazeta Prawna (1998-2011) and she held managerial positions in logistics associations such as PIFFA – Polish International Freight Forwarders Association (2001 – 2011) and Polish Association of Customs Agencies (1999-2001). 

Panel 5. SUSTAINABLE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Prof. Agata Klaus-Rosińska

Researcher at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, conducts research in the field of research and R&D project management, author and co-author of plenty publications in mentioned areas, participant in many national and international scientific conferences, long-term academic lecturer with practical experience. Project manager and executor of over a dozen projects (scientific, organizational, educational, etc.) financed among others by polish ministry, the EU, Swiss Contribution. Head of postgraduate studies in Project Management.

Panel 6. SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS

Aleksandra Stanek-Kowalczyk, PhD

An expert in the field of sustainable business. Specializes in sustainability strategies, sustainability
reporting, sustainable finance, managing relationships with key stakeholders, impact management,
responsible sales. The owner of the SAPERE consulting company, and assistant professor at the
Warsaw School of Economics.
For almost ten years associated with consulting companies from B4. She has carried out dozens of consulting projects for the largest entities and capital groups in Poland. She worked for Polish and international companies as well as State Owned companies. She has experience in the implementation of projects for companies from various industries e.g. financial, energy, mining, FMCG, logistics, ICT, pharmaceutical.
Member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council and Vice President of Responsible Sales Declaration Council. She was a member of the 305 Technical Committee dealing with social responsibility, including the ISO 26000 standard. An expert in the Benefactor of the Year competition and in the Social StartUp competition. She was a member of the Committee verifying the translation of GRI G4 Guidelines into Polish.
The winner of the first edition of the „Man of knowledge and experience” award by the Coalition of the President-Volunteers. A winner of distinctions in the third edition of the Pióro Odpowiedzialności competition for the best expert CSR article. A winner of the second prize in Verba Veritatis contest for the best doctoral thesis on ethics and responsible management.
Graduated in political science and management at the Jagiellonian University, MBA Management for Central and Eastern Europe program (Haniel Foundation scholarship holder, program completed with honors) and an international LEAD-Leadership for Sustainable Future program. Defended with distinction a doctoral dissertation at the Warsaw School of Economics.
